KTC has been helping Swedish property management and energy companies render their energy systems more efficient and reduce consumption since the middle of the 1980s. Together we have developed the five step model (Femstegsmodellen™), which provides unrivalled opportunities for saving energy and lessening environmental impact. Through accurate measurement, intelligent control and systematic follow-up, a halving of energy consumption is perfectly feasible.
KTC Control forms part of the KTC group, which also includes Manodo and Sandö El. In 2008 the group had SEK 120 million in sales, and around 150 employees. KTC had around SEK 80 million in sales and 50 or so employees. Our end customers comprise housing companies, property owners and energy companies in Sweden, Norway and China. We have our own sub contractor companies in Stockholm and Gothenburg, while other Swedish regions are served by cooperative partners.
